Overall the staff is very nice and friendly, the only minus is the lack of tissue for each room and the bathroom which is open but the boundary wall is not high enough so I was a bit anxious, plus when I went there there was renovation work on the side so it became less comfortable if I wanted to go to the bathroom early in the afternoon because it was visible from the other side. And the cell phone signal is difficult to reach even though there is also wifi available in the villa, but the wifi signal is still not smooth so outgoing communication is a bit difficult
